President of ERNA addressed to the members of ERNA Network – National Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies-on the occasion of the Upcoming 33rd International Conference of the RC/RC.
In his official letter, Dr. Massimo Barra noted: “The role of ERNA’s focal points is now crucial to scale-up and advocate to give more emphasis in this Concept Note on the statutory issues like: infectious diseases, drug abuse, inmates”.
